Setting a good example, B1A4 will be operating a donation booth at its concert in order to help out children who are in need.

B1A4 will be holding a concert between February 15 and 16 at Seoul Olympic Handball Gymnasium and set up a donation booth.

The group previously held a donation booth last year, collecting five tons worth of items from over 3,000 fans, which were donated to various community child centers around the country.
The donated goods included B1A4 related items, such as CDs, as well as stationery, food, fashion goods and more.

The upcoming concert, titled The Class, will feature B1A4 putting on a band performance for tracks included in the new album for the first time, and it will be followed by another concert taking place in Busan on March 1.

Meanwhile, B1A4 released its second full-length album Who Am I and is currently promoting the song Lonely.

The K-pop quintet blends '80s synths and Southern hip-hop style for the lead single off its sophomore album.

After their One Direction-meets-hip-hop single "What's Happening?" gave K-pop boy band B1A4 their highest-charting single on the K-Pop Hot 100 yet (No. 13), the boys have followed up with their second full-length Korean album "Who Am I." The release -- which marks an impressive feat for the band for having less than four years under its belt -- is led by an ambitious ballad single, "Lonely."

For the new song, the quintet presents a complex arrangement of '80s-inspired synths mixed with ornamentations of Southern hip-hop, all sang in a melancholic, ballad-style delivery.

With its recent singles, B1A4 has blended seemingly disparate genres -- like woozy EDM and acoustic rock ("Tried to Walk") or bubblegum pop and beat-driven hip-hop ("What's Happening?"). But "Lonely" may very well be their most successful result yet.

Along with "Lonely," B1A4 dropped new album "Who Am I" on Jan. 13. The 12-track disc was previewed by a highlight medley (below) released on the boys' YouTube channel four days before the album. To further promote the album, the band announced a "hometown tour," which will see the boys perform in their hometowns across South Korea. The trek kicks off in March.

We will be able to expect a fantastic collaborative performance by the idols Baro from B1A4 and Dohee from Tiny-G of recent hit K-Drama “Reply 1994”.

They will appear on the “Star FaceOff” entertainment program for its special episode celebrating Korean New Year. On top of their duet performance, they will show a charismatic stage with the rest of the B1A4 members as well.

This special episode will have total of 74 top K-Pop idols and famous people on it, including B1A4, Girl’s Day, SPICA, miss A, and Hong Kyung Min. It is noted that the whole recording time took a total of ten hours.

“Star FaceOff” is an interactive competition show between top selected participants from the public and the celebrities where they battle each other through performances.

Don’t miss this exciting episode airing on January 31st!

B1A4 promised to gift their fans with a brand-new music video for their latest comeback track “Lonely” if the first video could amass more than two million views!

WM Entertainment announced the surprise gift on their Twitter earlier today. The music video is currently sitting at a little over 1.1 million views as of press time; can we hit that magic two million mark and find out what B1A4 has in store for us?

Contribute to the effort by taking the music video for a spin one more time.

The "hometown tour" idea was a stroke of brilliance, especially because they're known as "country idols" and they're all from outside of Seoul.

I think the album is brilliant tbh, it's just so so so great and I reeeeally hope it gets some acknowledgement next week *fingers crossed*

Normally the One Direction comparisons are off, but B1A4 kind of fit because their songs are upbeat, have "western" classic rock melodies and they use traditional rock instruments like guitars in their arrangements. "One Direction meets hip hop" is totally underselling the bizarreness of What's Happening though, because that song has like five different key changes? And the chorus is this big anthemic upbeat thing but the verses are in a minor key? And it's almost totally made out of bridges? IDK, there are so many "One Direction meets hip hop" songs, personally I think What's Happening is far stranger.
