Hospitalised, DaeSung to need 6 weeks of treatment

Big Bang DaeSung who has met with a car accident recently will need to be receiving 6 weeks of treatment and this will put a temporarily pause to his activities.

YG Entertainment said in a phone interview on 12th August, “He has came up to Seoul and got hospitalised at one of the hospitals. We are seeing that he may need up to 6 weeks of treatment. He has hurt his nose while he was young and this time he has hurt it again in the accident. Even though he has suffered a fracture, there is no need for him to undergo operation. The hospital said that he needs to rest for 4 weeks and go through the treatment naturally.”

DaeSung has met with a car accident on 11th August after the filming for SBS Family Outing has ended. He has met with the car accident in a highway tunnel at about 8.5opm.

With that DaeSung will also not be attending the press call for his upcoming musical ‘Shouting’.">

DaeSung will not participate in ‘Shouting'

With having to be receive treatment for 6 weeks after getting injured in a car accident, Big Bang DaeSung will not be able to perform for musical ‘Shouting’.

A press call was held on 12th August for the musical ‘Shouting’. And news have gone out that DaeSung will not be able to participate in the musical carrying the injuries with him. Initially DaeSung and SeungRi were double casted for the musical and there was not much problems to the musical participation. But now actor Kang InYoung will take over DaeSung’s role for the musical.

It is sad news for the musical staff especially since DaeSung and SeungRi have worked hard and practised together for the musical. From now, YG Entertainment will announced DaeSung’s scheduled activities accordingly to his health.

‘Shouting’ performances will take place from 12th till 23rd August in Seoul HanJeon Art Centre.


Lee HyoRi Is Very Worried About Daesung’s Condition

Big Bang’s Daesung ’s car accident surprised Lee Hyo-Ri and it makes her very worried about him. Lee Hyo-Ri who was also on set during the filming of Family Outing on 11th August, found out about the accident through a crew of Family Outing after filming and this made her worried about him a lot.

Lee Hyori said ”Usually, my brother is very careful about this stuff that’s why I was shocked and surprised when I heard the news. She is unable to contact him and the staff did not know the detailed situation and this made her worry even more.”

Family Outing has finished filming on August 11th and this accident happened when Daesung was on the way from Gyeonggi Province back to Seoul.

Even though they say he doesn't need an operation on his nose, he might. My brother broke his nose three times and after the third time it started to heal bad and started causing problems.Since he is a singer I could see why they might need to be concerned about it. I am not talking about a nose job...

This was a terrible accident and I hope they let him get his proper rest. It already sounds like they are trying to keep his recovery time as short as possible.
