Lee Dong Wook, Song Ji Hyo! Where was all that chemistry during Mandate.. ?!
I enjoyed the Yoo Jae Suk x Park Soo Hong team. And that's about it I think.

I think it had more to do with the acting tbh lol God bless them but they're not the best actors. Ji Hyo did ok but Dong Wook was pretty bad in that drama. The directing was good I thought.

All the JiHyo-Dongwook moments, loved them since the Macau episode. Other than that it's a two-episode filler with very few really entertaining moments.

It took me a while to realize that was Lee Dong Wook! That hair! They are cute. I like this friendship a lot.

I just finished watching both episodes. I dunno, I enjoyed myself. I like cooking competitions and I thought it was fun watching everyone! Kyung Ah (the model) was so cute and I loved her personality and the rapport she had going on with Jong Kook (like bickering siblings) and lol at John park struggling with the noodles (he really should have put more water from the start). It was fun for me, *shrug*. I AM SO HUNGRY NOW, THOUGH.

Of all the episodes to make a two parter, they picked an antics-less cooking contest.

Not the best way to start 2014 off, Running Man. Don't worry, though, I still love you. Even if sometimes it feels like a Stockholm kind of love.

ngl, i skipped over a lot both eps. i mean it had its moments, mainly between jihyo-dong wook, but overall i was so bored. this really shouldn't have been a two parter.

also, i was disappointed at the lack of kwangsoo-john park. we could've had it allll~

i have to agree with all the above..
boring couple of eps -probably they needed them to get ahead of schedule.
Jihyo/dongwook was the best part. pity their drama was sooo meh (and their romance even worse) and DAMN his hair is so bad here, makes him look older too.

finally, an episode where ji hyo didn't seem disinterested and/or tired! i have missed that. and when will RM pd-nims get that less guests = happier fans?! people like seeing the group dynamic of the main cast, not the group fawning over the guest(s) of the week gah.

the results of the cooking show were not what i predicted o_o
john park is a dorky cute hahaa.
the model is so tall. even when she's taller than all the male cast, she's still a head shorter than kwangsoo.

I actually liked this episode. It definitely wasn't in my top 10, but I tend to love anything food- and cooking-related so I was a pretty happy camper. Though I do agree that this shouldn't have been a two-parter. They could've spent less time on each individual pair, cut down on some of the cooking scenes, and have it all fit into one episode. But I enjoyed some of the antics, and a lot of the pairs worked really well together.

I particularly liked:
Yoo Jae Suk & Park Soo Hong - Love their bickering relationship, haha. The fishing scenes where Soo Hong made his "comeback" were pretty hilarious.
Ji Suk Jin & Kim Kyung Ho - I cracked up whenever they showed his back and said he looked like a housewife. They had good chemistry. And whenever I see people digging for oysters and eating them fresh off the shell, it makes me want to try doing the same thing even though it seems like hard work.
Lee Kwang Soo & John Park - These two are never not funny together. And their noodle dish looked so good... or at least it did when they were learning how to make it. Not so much their final result.
Song Ji Hyo & Lee Dong Wook - So cute and natural with each other.

Side note: When I watched both of these episodes I made sure to eat my dinner at the same time, otherwise I would've had a very unhappy and envious stomach.
