actually, you can do another version of this "flip" (aka- roll) by rolling over your shoulder as opposed to rolling on your neck/head, which is dangerous for the neck. its also important to use the arms for balance/stabilization. (if you notice, hyuna/the other girl, hold out their arms a little bit longer to balance and lift off their shoulder at the last second)
