It's been a really slow week. Not bad, just slow, so I'm happy about the 3-day weekend. Adjusting to 8AM classes after not having any last semester sucks a whole lot but I'll get used to it.. I hope.

My week could use some improvement. First I found out I need to write my dad a really hard letter so we can talk about our issues. I haven't written it yet because every time I think about, I get upset.

I also got bad news at work. My GM told me that my credit ap, productivity, and customer survey numbers up. Then my sup told me today in our one-on-one that I really need to improve my numbers, and maybe this isn't the right job for me if she can't help me improve. I'm sort of freaking out. I've only known I've had trouble with credit apps. The other things I never had trouble with at my last location. I'm not treating customers any different. No one ever told me I was slow at ringing customers out. I'm not sure what to do to improve those things. I'm polite, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Why can't the customers I do the best with give me a good survey? I know if I tell my parents any of this, they're just going to be all, "We told you so," about needing to get another or better job. I SO don't need that. What I need is for them to assure me I can do better. *sigh*
