I really want some macarons. I need to learn how to make them. They are like $2 for just one here. We didn't even have them till like last year.

It's complicated to get the right round shape and you need a good oven but otherwise, not so tough (at least, taste-wise).

it's so worth making them rather than buying them! just it's really time consuming cause you have to measure everything and mix, wait till it dries, bake, cream, then you have to wait till it matures which is usually a day or a few. but the end result is delicious
