He and Brody are back! YG and YHY used their wild cards so they can come back. I just didn't understand what the consequences are now that they're back, whether they have to perform solo now or go back to their previous grp/duo. I'm just sooo happy that they're back! ㅋㅋㅋ

Me too OP.
I was so angry at that elimination as well as the reason too. I don't understand how your performance can be "better then the group from the last team that won", but they lose against a mediocre girl group. Uhhh, I mean those girls are cute and all but lbh, they aren't going to last much longer. Making a performance/song that is more interesting or exciting to listen to I believe is a very easy fix and should not have been the deciding factor. It should be a plus in the first place that they can compose their own songs. So saddened by the elimination of Jung saewon that it dampened my mood for the rest of the episode.
If they don't bring Jung Saewon back, another team I want back is EQ. Raccoon boys weren't as good as them, but they remind of EQ in the aspect where they shined together rather than individually. Their last two performances have been personally memorable whereas I have quickly forgotten the rest. I just don't understand.

Yep, the girls need to improve their singing a lot. For me, it seems very unfair that the judges seem to rate potential higher than skills :(
Also, it is getting annoying how often the judges exagerate: "In my 20 years as singer, I have never seen such a great performance", "In my 3 years as KPopstar-judge, this is the best performance", "This is Korea's future superstar"...every third contestand is a "genius", a "prodigy" or a "miracle"...does that make sense? The more comments like that, the less I can take them and their judging serious...



I had some tears in my eyes when Saewoon calmy explained that Ahyeon did more than him and thanked everyone after he went outside. He is so talented, I want him back on the show and listen to more of their compositions.

What you say about EQ and Raccoon Boys is very true. Sam reminds me so much of Brian (maybe it's because of the hair style) and I love his guitar playing. Hopefully Kiryun will be brought back together with Saewoon ;)

Omg, Brody is so cute without trying, I want to squish her! But she was the weakest among all candidates, and it would have been unfair if they'd eliminateed anyone else in that group. So, I understand...and you could see that JYP was so serious when he asked her to come back in some years :D

Almeng are great too, I'm excited to see them seperated in the next episode. Hopefully both of them will survive...

They have been judging potential rather than skill since forever, though. For example Lee Seunghoon, back when he was in KPop Star he was really mediocre (still love him to death, tho), but he managed to climbed his way to top 4.

lbr, Something is really talented and all, but if that song is released officially it probably won't be accepted much by public. There are many audition program in Korea and their criteria in judging obviously different from each other, and from what KPS have been emphasizing, they are more focusing in searching someone with mainstream appeal. Skill can be taught.

Worst elimination = Jung Saewon. I really hope they have a surprise "eliminated contestants" round by the end of the team rounds. Its ridiculous that really good contestants are eliminated just because of a luck of the draw of who they are going against. 2 mediocre teams up against each other are really lucky because the one team that wins wouldn't have survived if they went up against another team.

I'm praying YG doesn't let this chance to slip away from his hands 'cause that boy is total idol boy group material - he got the looks, is young enough, has beautiful voice, and has actual charisma (there was huge difference between him and other two guys in EQ while performing as the other two weren't at all engaging, especially that Bernard guy who just stared floor the whole time).

Hee Jun Han is great in the show, has good comedic timing, comes off as humble and willing to learn and has a great voice. The judges criticised him in the last round because his emotions while singing seem fake, so I'm very curious for the next episode with him :D

- Saewoon or Ah-hyun. We need at least one songwriter. ;-;
- I really liked that girl that did the acoustic cover of JYP's I Have a Girl, but her team hasn't performed yet so idk. Her or the guy that did the duet of Troublemaker's song.

i've only seen part of ep 7 but im so sad about the guy from something leaving and brody. i also am kind of mad that that one guy from EQ got eliminated because i think the other one in the group that isn't bernard sucked.

i am so pissed about sewoon leaving. i cried. i thought he would be in the top 5... he's like one of the few people that stand out individually. something is also my fave duo i loved both of them from their first audition.

The judges are annoying me, they seem kind of biased with all chae. i am amazed they let them all go through to the next round. they are all talented for their age but this show isn't called "k-pop star in 5 years". i don't understand the logic in sending someone home who could probably debut in a year vs a girl group who would need to be trained for 5 years at the least...
