America’s No.1 cleansing device brand ‘clarisonic’ announced that actor Yoo Yeon Suk and Bora of Sistar were chosen to be Korean spokespeople.

clarisonic said, “Yoo Yeon Suk has earned a good, trustable image from ‘Reply 1994.’ His skin is also so bright and clear that he has a nickname, ‘Milk Boy.’ Sistar’s Bora, as we all know, is known for her healthy tanned skin and perfect body. The two stars fit clarisonic’s brand image.”

Starting with ‘WOW Moment Campaign’ in January, Yoo Yeon Suk and Bora will officially appear in various clarisonic ad campaigns as spokespeople.

clarisonic, which was first introduced in 2004, is an American brand that first adopted sonic vibration technology. clarisonic product is now being used in more than 4,000 dermatology centers in the United States, as it is widely known as “the beauty secret” of many top celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie, and Brad Pitt.

works for me. i use it every day (for about 6 months) and haven't had a single major pimple since i started. even my hormonal breakouts have drastically improved. not everyone can use it every day but mine has the sensitive skin head so that hasn't been a problem for me.

100% yes. It's super gentle and my face just glows after I use it. I have had mine since 2010, and imo the sensitive brush head is the best of the lot.

Is it really working? I mean, wont your face skin peel off after using a brush on your face? I mean, face's skin is very sensitive and delicate and I always use only the tip of my fingers when I wash my face. Is it true that your face will actually become soft and glow after using it?

I can't speak for everyone, but personally I like it a lot. It's a very soft brush (softer than a soft toothbrush) and you basically skim it across the surface of your skin after applying cleanser to your face with your hands. It IS exfoliating the skin, so in that sense it IS removing skin cells, but to me that's ideal because I don't ever use a cleanser with exfoliating beads. There is a chance that you could have a reaction to the brushing action, but it's really quite soft imo and I replace the brush head frequently so it always feels soft.

Yup. I got one for Christmas and it has helped even out my skin and clear it up. My husband even liked it so I used the $25 off $50 promo code I got for registering my device to get a four pack of brush heads (2x sensitive skin/2x deep pore) for both of us.

I really like that I can use it in the shower. When I workout, I bring it in the shower with me and put my normal cleanser on it.

My sister who works at Sephora recommended that you wash all makeup off beforehand even though their documentation just recommends wiping off eye makeup. You don't want to buff makeup into your skin so it made sense. If I'm not showering and can easily wash my face, I just use makeup wipes.

i got the clarisonic mia 2 and it broke me out. i thought i was going through the "purging phase" at first but i was about three-four weeks in already, and i couldn't deal with it. i went to do my research and apparently the "purging phase" is just a stupid myth; if it doesn't work for you, it doesn't.

i personally can't use it every day. i have sensitive skin that freaks out whenever i make the slightest change (diet, exercise, skim creams, skin cleansers, etc), but i find that if i use it 2-3x/week it really helps get rid of the dullness in my skin.

i have one of these! it makes a big difference in how clear and smooth my face is. i dont use it every day though bc i find its somehow... too harsh on my skin? i guess there is such thing as over exfoliation!

Definitely try the other brush heads! Everyone I know has a different preference. The deep pore is ok and I tend to stick with the sensitive, but the acne (which I was told was the "gentlest") felt like it was ripping off my skin. Make sure you are replacing the brush head 3-4 times per year, and make sure you take off your brush head and clean the handle weekly!
