I don't feel like they have an obligation to dress up when they go on a plane, the girls all have their days when they look like they just rolled out of their bed straight into the car, lol. Especially Sunny, Taeyeon and Hyoyeon have their "couldn't-care-less" moments - the rest of them look pretty collected most of the time, lol.

I think the main reason why they dress up is they know they have their picture taken or because they have to go somewhere straight from the plane without time to dress up.

No you're totally right. They do dress up for the photographers...why else would anyone wear heels to the airport ever? They look gorgeous though and I wish I could look that good at the airport. I'm always so stressed about lines and my passport though that I end up getting on the plane looking like a hot mess lol
