There's more than one way to be "high" so I'd say it's not necessarily a drug song, except for the bits in the MV where GD mimes sniffing the last of the coke, blatant reference is blatant.

Well idk about that, Ji (and well basically Koreans in general) laugh a lot about silly stuff, and it usually happens a lot in Making of's so I don't see anything off about that but the candy comment is slightly suspicious given the context. But idk would be kinda stupid of him to make that remark while being filmed?? Do they even call it candy over in Korea too? Ugh.
