If a person who doesn't even help or supervise gets promoted, what becomes of the people who are helping and taking care of things right next to me, is it really a choice that is possible to understand? How can fans understand a company, that even I, as a celebrity with it, cannot comprehend? In the year 2014 JYP Entertainment requires a reform.

Instead of marking only the time you arrive at the office and leave, it is necessary to reborn as a company that knows how to work. If a person who works at an entertainment company is not entertained, then how can you satisfy the general public? One of the "Big Three", whatever. Instead of putting emphasis on the name, it's time to ensure the internal stability.

If our company is aiming for the best in 2014 as well, I think that it depends not only on the producers, but also on the strength of our company's employees. For the unappreciated JYP staffs but who deserve the actual credit.

Social Media makes it really easy to vent these days, so luckily fans can see a bit of the truth in the idol world. Unfortunately, for said idols, it's a mistake that will never go away if they tweet in the heat of the moment. So I hope Taec knew completely what he was doing when he posted this.

I'd be particularly pissed at poor promoting if I was him since 2pm is signed on to the company until 2018 although I expect that they will spend some of that time in the army. he isn't wrong and it was totally ballsy of him to post his grievances publicly, but idk........ a certain part of me thinks you should keep private shit private??? Especially because it didn't seem the incident had anything to do with him directly, but rather a staff member.

Hmmmm.... if anything this shows that what the majority of fans have been feeling towards the management side of JYPE is totally on point (re: it sucks major ass). Hopefully this is a wake up call for them to start getting their shit together (just in time for Jackson's debut <333)
