On December 22nd, Girls’ Generation held its “Märchen Fantasy” concert as part of “SMTOWN Week“. The setlist for the concert featured 25 songs and was made up of tracks from Girls’ Generation’s discography, Christmas carols, and cover solos and duets.

Sunny, Jessica, and Sooyoung stole the show with their solo stages! Taeyeon and Seohyun's weren't bad, but a bit dull compared to the other three. The Yulti stage should have been Yuri's solo or a HyoRi stage. As much as Tiffany earnestly tries, somethings just aren't a good fit for her. She was just a hot mess vocally and choreography wise.

Glad they're coming back and I hope they promote in Korea longer this time around. Just praying the song, choreo, styling, etc are good. I need something Genie-esque from them again.

yeah... tiffany performing my boy was so awkward to watch. she's always been an awkward dancer and she strained so much during that song it was NAGL... I think yuri with maybe sooyoung, yoona or hyoyeon would've been good. or even taeyeon.

YES to Bloom, 24 hours, and Miss Korea holy crap. I did not know I needed those stages in my life until I saw them. Those are the only perfs that killed it sadly but I liked love melody, gs, magic castle and the xmas songs since 'tis the season. I'm guessing they're allowed to cover those songs since the concert wasn't officially recorded for any tv broadcasts or dvds to have to get copyright? maybe? GG is so good when they're performing songs they want to perform and it's new material. Here's to hoping for an awesome comeback.

i think copyright is only for selling? because you're making money of off something that isn't yours. so covering songs during a concert is okay but selling a dvd of it would require copyright (which is why the 2nd tour dvd doesn't have seohyun's stuff like that there and yoona's 4 minutes performance). I THINK :D

Taeng and Seohyun needed better solo stages omg :( I'm waiting for the day Seohyun stops trying to be Taylor Swift.

Loved Sunny and Sooyoung's solo tho I died T____T I haven't watched a proper fancam of Sica's to decide enough.

Loved Ma Boy but vocally Tiffany tried too hard and went out of pitch at the high notes but the dancing with the audience members made me lol. Yuri sexy af as always.

Still mad Hyoyeon did not get a solo.

PS Need official release of that comeback teaser bec girls are looking FINE from what I see and also need song preview so I can die in peace.

I feel like they are much happier and livelier during this concert rather than all of the stages they have been on this year. That's a good thing. Sica and Sunny's solos.....I am dying. The Onew- Tiff was not bad. Taeyeon sounds good and Seobaby sounds lovely as usual.

Pray for a great comeback next year, and praying somebody will upload the SHINee fancam from The Wizard. It was hilarious.

JESSICA and MISS KOREA ... she worked it! Sunny's Bloom was my second fave solo, followed by Sooyoung's 24 Hours. Holy heck are her legs long.
