BOF overload continues

The new Samsung Anycall Haptic Pop CF has been released featuring the industry’s hottest commodities: Kim Joon, Kim Hyunjoong and Kimbum.

As mentioned before, LG Telecom and Samsung are in a “messy custody battle” on who gets first dibs on the popular “Boys Over Flowers” cast. Initially, LG was supposed to go first with Lee Minho, Goo Hye Sun and Kimbum as the new faces for LG Teen Ring. But now Samsung has release a new CF featuring three of the main cast members. (Anycall is the phone being used in the series which may have given Samsung “an advantage”).

In the midst of this drama, Anycall’s advertising agency has released a statement saying, “The rumors are not true. There is no conflict. LG Telecom and Samsung have agreed to promote cooperation rather than confrontation. Any problems [between the two the companies] have been resolved amicably and mutually.”

Industry insiders however are a little skeptic about this. They say that the fact that Lee Minho was not part of the Haptic Pop shoot (and he should be because he allegedly signed a contract with Samsung after he signed LG) can only mean that the contracts between the models are not yet finalized.
