Kahi basically posted up her manager's text in its entirety on her Facebook and called it off putting because nobody from her company came to her promotion wrap-up party.

"There was a dinner to celebrate the wrap-up of my promotions and nobody from my company came so I told my manager that and he said....

'I believe it's the role of a manager to balance his role between the company and his artist. But as I told you earlier, the managers have other schedules to attend to today and I'm not sure about the directors since I don't know what they're doing but I'm sure that they are also working hard for our company's artists as well. Seung Soo-ssi had no schedules today and was able to attend along with the choreography director, stylist, and hair salon staff since I told them the date and location of the dinner yesterday. Our staff also wanted to attend but because we had other schedules, we were not able to make it.'

Artist Manager job description is so much different with 'office manager' !
Their work schedule is based on artist activities ! Not like 'regular' office manager which's working from 9 to 5 !

Well yeah you can think that about her own manager BUT the other managers have a prior obligation for artists that they manage. For example I don't know if Uee went to her party, but lets say she didn't because of her drama filming, obviously Uee's manager would be with Uee and not be attending Kahi's party right?

She's not upset just because of her own manager's absence, she's also upset that everyone else didn't drop everything and go to her party. The directors' no show are through no fault of her manager, he already notified everyone else about the party and Kahi's just being really passive aggressive about it by putting his reply on fb.

But couldn't she have checked with the staff to make sure they were free? Or held the the party at the company office? I hate people who expect you to drop everything you're doing just to attend something they organized.
