Hyorin Shares Her Thoughts Regarding the Crab Dance

Hyorin shared her opinion about a not-so-pretty photo of herself.

In SBS "Midnight TV" which was aired on December 4th, Hyori said,"There are some people who don't like the crab dance, and they said I did it way too hard". When the reporter showed that humiliating photo of her while dancing and asked carefully,"It seems the photographer is an
anti, are u feeling hurt about this?", then she replied,"Rather than feeling hurt, it's so ridiculous. I wonder if I really danced like that",she continued,"It also makes me angry. They can take beautiful photos of me singing while standing, so why did they take such a photo".

She also confessed,"Recently I try not to dance too hard on stage because I'm afraid I might be caught in that state again"

Finally, she sent a video message to the photographer,"I want to show my enthusiasm so if possible please just take good photos of me on the stage. If you happen to take this kind of pictures again then I hope you can use photoshop to fix it".

it's ok hyorin, all flawless divas are suspectible to unflattering photos...beyonce anyone...who knows hyorin, maybe you'll be turned into a meme???

Istg news site photos are the worst, it amazes me how they manage to take unflattering photos of just about anyone. I'll stick to fantaken photos.

Oh come now. you could take any singer from Lee Hyori to Beyonce and get unflaterring pictures of them performing simply because they are performing. They'r sweating, executing dance moves, singing and trying to breath at the same time. Its to be expected that they wont be looking model perfect in every shot.
With that being said, I feel like this choreo takes away from the song, they dont mesh together. although thank god the director didnt purposely film the spread legs move from a pervy angle like Secret in "Poison"

Oh I'm not arguing that (Poison is still my fave comeback)and I loved seeing Korea pearl clutching over it but I didnt like that the director filmed it from a low angle in the video. It seemed very male-gazey to me (again matter of opinion).

the problem i found with that was that their shorts were more like panties
they didnt have a lot of leg thigh cloth (idk what its called ¬____¬)
and when they spit their legs in half.... :S

Yes, I agree with that last part, which is why I wasn't feeling the MV and as a result, the subsequent performances. I felt very excluded from the MV experience cause it was clear that it wasn't shot for my benefit, so I just couldn't get into it :T

Lol, her back up dancer is showing Hyorin the fuck up in that photo! Actually, I notice that a lot of her back up dancers are really hot.

Anyway, that photo is the gift that keeps on giving and will join a long list of hilariously awkward dance photos. That choreography is atrocious, but it is getting people to talk so... congrats I guess?

It's during dancing, anyone will look weird when they're into it. Pausing screencaps or taking a photo during a dance is a guaranteed way to get a weird photo. I hope she doesn't take it to heart. If I was her I'd be like nbd, everyone looks like that when dancing, lol.
