EXO fandom with all their outstanding subbers means the young folk don't understand how it was back in the day. Don't even get me started on dramas before all these sub sites and You Tube happened.

In the 90s I got my anime subs (DBZ and Sailor Moon to name two) on VHS tape from fabsubbers in the mail...lol

i've hearts in my eyes for too many members ;;

but the specifics--baekhyun is so involved with the chinaline members and it's really endearing. kris put a lot of effort into the filming, and if it weren't for that ridiculous hat on his head i'd call him endearing too.
exom bbs on the bike outing was my fave, along with loner/special/gorgeous kyungsoo at the movies. sukai are a close second bc jongin+puppies is still painful (ide have a thing for guys with animals)

not sure if im here for that next ep tho. no interest in seeing chanyeol cry (fake or real) so hopefully it's some kind of a hidden camera thing

xiuhan was cute, probably the best thing in this ep.

that hongdae outing could have been SO MUCH MORE ENTERTAINING but they like did nothing. the only funny thing was Kris again pretending not to eat unhealthy food and then eating all the ddeokbokki. but i mean that joke was done last time too....

kyungsoo was cute at the cinema but it went on for way too long, and idgaf about kai and his dogs sorry not sorry

Honestly I hope the show has a different format or something... I find Bangtan's Rookie King far more enjoyable than this. But then this is only the 2nd episode so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

heck i'm an exo stan and yet i acknowledge that this is boring. idt it's particularly more boring than the first one but i was expecting more.
it's exciting if you're a fan who is invested because you get to see their little quirks and eccentricities, especially tao's. he is so weird and special it's adorable.
but if you don't know them then this won't get you interested in most of the members. so many cuts that dragged on for too long and ppl who weren't rly saying anything at all.
only ones who made an effort and succeeded in being interesting were the ones at han river. they actually chatted with each other and brought up funny things about themselves. all four of them showed off some variety sense, which is what is needed to make the show more enjoyable tbh.
the hongdae team had so much potential, you're at /hongdae/ even if it was alrdy late at night... but they literally just ate and did nothing more. ._.
kyungsoo is really cute but he was all alone so it was awkward and felt too empty.
kai and his dogs are cute but suho was more interesting when he was nagging kyungsoo on the phone than during his segment. except for the part where he shows off byeol. maybe i'm rly just a sucker for dogs.

I guess the best thing about watching this is I get to hear all these snippets of the EXO songs that I haven't gotten down to listen to. Sounds like their last album had some pretty solid tracks. Kyungsoo is such a qt, I love him. 4/6 EXO-M interactions were so chill and fun. Lol at them teasing Xiumin. Hongdae gang were cute too and Suho-Kai talking about their loves /squeals I hope this group will not ruin me.

Groups are usually given shows like this when they've just debuted, right? In a way, I guess it's good that they only got a show like this now that they're more popular? At least that ensures more people are watching. Not sure if that was a calculated move on SM's part.

I need me some Korean food, everything looked so yum.

lol it was definitely a calculated move. this show has a higher budget than what nugu-groups typically get (minus the ones from yg?) and sm only got it going in the first place bc exo's so massively popular/relevant rn.

still, guaranteed viewership is still viewership, and even with exo fans as their sole target audience the ratings are substantial.

ikr. I remember when they first debuted I was quite interested in them, watched their first showcase and was supporting them when in their first chinese broadcast appearance the host was douche to them
later EXO-M had some interviews in China.They got standard kpop questions like 'what's your ideal girl type' etc, and they couldn't even reply to it, it looked like they didn't want to be there.
I got bored and after their long break I slowly forgot about them.
But maybe they got better in interviews, it's not like they see camera for the first time - I'm curious whether they improved so i'll check it

the xiuhan is in full force! and all four seem at ease with each other :))
