Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won to Play a Married Couple in New Film

Actor Kang Dong Won and Song Hye Kyo are confirmed for a new film titled “My Palpitating Life” as a married couple.

On December 2, Zip Cinema announced that Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won have been finalized for the movie “My Palptating Life”.

“My Palptating Life” is based on a best-seller novel of the same name written by Kim Ae Ran.
The novel is about a married couple who had their first child at age 17. The child is later diagnoized with Progeria, a rare genetic disease that causes a body to age quickly despite age, and is expected to die before age 17. Kang Dong Won and Song Hye Kyo will play the young parents, who try to live optimistically as their child grows older than they are. The novel is written in a cheerful yet simple style, and sold 14,000 copies within the first 3 months after its publication.

Lee Jae Yong, who is famous for hits such as “Scandal” and “An Affair,” will direct the movie. Kang Dong Won and Song Hye Kyo will act together as the young couple who has a son suffering from Progeria syndrome.

“My Palpitating Life” will start shooting in the beginning of next year.

i'm dying to know where those dating rumours come from tbh. idk if it's cause they're under the same agency, they're both beautiful so ppl want to pair them up, or bc song hye kyo has been linked to quite a few of her previous co-stars. (hyun bin ;_____; sigh).

well this is how i understood from what i read on the internet: they apparently hooked up on the set of camellia (the short they shot in jan 2010) and apparently he was the one who got between her and hyun bin (which sounds like bullshit though lol, i think he and hyekyo were over before that but idk). also someone saw them eating dinner together? then he was spotted with her manager, but after the news of him joining her agency that turned out to be understandable. when he joined her agency some people took it as a sign that they are dating, bc that's apparently what actors who date do (see won bin and lee nayoung). aaaaalso earlier this year there was a rumor mill about a new top couple and people guessed it's dongwon and hyekyo. they're either a) dating but don't want to announce it yet (i know hyekyo often gets slutshamed by k-netizens bc she has a ~history of dating co-stars) or b) just friends. sorry for the novel lol!

oh no bb ty for the novel bc i was dying to know all this stuff!!! hmm yes, i think hye-kyo/binnie were over waaaay before they announced it to the public. oooo that is quite juicy. i could see it being true. maybe when he joined her agency they started dating? it would be easier for the company to cover up any scandals if they were both in the same agency and it gives them an excuse to be seen together etc. sigh, yes she does. netizens are gross. she only dated her two of her co-stars, but netizens make out that she jumps in and out of relationships based on meeting new guys through her acting projects :/ urgh. i say get it girl. i wish her and hyun bin had worked out :( the chemistry between them... sigh. but i can definitely get behind dongwon/hye-kyo too!! i need to watch camellia stat.
