Director Kwak Kyung Taek of the film series for “Friend” revealed that he has his eyes on Suzy! This revelation drew a lot of attention since Director Kwak usually casts male leads for his films that are usually about their rough and wild lives.
Kwak Kyung Taek was recently on the show “1 vs. 100” and said, “Since I’m always working on dark movies, it has an impact on my real life too. I want my next film to be a comedy or a romance, something that’s lighter.”
He continued, “If ‘Friend 2′ does well, I think it will be easier for me to work on something different.”
Then the MC asked Director Kwak if he has his eye on a certain actor these days. Director Kwak answered, “I like Suzy the best. I watched ‘Introduction to Architecture‘ and I thought she was a good actress. She also seemed like a strong person so I would like to have her act a tough role where she speaks saturi.”
Director Kwak left a message to Suzy by saying, “If I send you a scenario sometime soon, please don’t reject it!”

Director Kwak Kyung Taek told that he wishes to produce a romance film with Kim Woo Bin and Suzy.
On November 21st, media day event of movie 'Friends 2' was held at a restaurant in Seoul, and Yoo Oh Sung, Kim Woo Bin, and Jung Ho Bin attended with director Kwak.
Director Kwak Kyung Taek said, "If I every get a chance, I really hope to break the 'fairy-like' impression that Suzy has."
He went on, "She's got a good impression, and she acts pretty good as well."
As one of the reporters said that Suzy and Kim Woo Bin would make a great match, he said, "I think so, too. I'd definitely work on a film for the two if I get a good scenario."

the director should contact suzy and her team tbh, because she has been saying for ages that she wants to play a different role, just like he mentioned.
and gnl, i think that he truly likes suzy as an artist and actress, because he has been mentioning her a lot, and wanting to work with her.
