Actually OP isnt. People have been begging for an SNSD style Ahri skin for a long time, and there is even a custom one that exists already. This one is dissimilar in the sense that they drew from the SNSD Genie theme while keeping it in Riot's individual style, not to mention her dance is from RDR.

And Syndra's is Hoot.
