SISTAR's Soyou and Jay Park teamed up for a duet on ‘Immortal Song 2’.

On the October 19th episode, they covered Choi Jin Hee's “Love’s Maze”, making it their own by splitting it up into the perspective of a couple breaking up.

Choi Jin Hee commented, "It was like a different song with the rap in it. I was immersed in ‘Love’s Maze’."

Despite the duo’s heartfelt performance, J2M took home the trophy on this episode.

Check out Jay Park and Soyou’s performance above!

the performance itself is a little awkward (Mad Clown was supposed to be performing w/ Soyou but had to cancel and Jay was added in last minute) but Soyou sounded nice and Jay did okay

Jay subbing for MC makes a lot more sense, I was wondering why they'd go through with this when it's obvious he and Soyou don't really have chemistry (going by this performance).

Idk, maybe it's because I heard Davichi's version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8tJywRIvLo) first but I like it more because Maze of Love works better arranged as a sad ballad throughout, not the intro-to-upbeat that they tried here (plus rap). Soyou sounds really good in the beginning, but after that it sounds really rushed imo.

I would have liked to hear Mad Clown, Soyu and him surely have more chemistry together.
I don't know about the song choice, but I liked that Soyu was doing something a little bit more powerful than the sweet-singing she's been doing. I'm glad she performed on shows like that ! Get it, Soyu !

Not bad, but Mad Clown would've been better performing with Soyu; I just can't take Jay seriously as a rapper esp with female singers. Soyu was amazing, I love that she's getting more light and she fits into a hip-hop kind of image really well

Yeah, Jay has improved, but I just prefer his singing to his rapping and I just like how Soyu and Mad Clown look together tbh A duet album from them (kinda like Troublemaker) would've been awesome. Hyorin and Soyu need a proper duet together and major bonus if Starship strays from the typical ballad duet to something hip hop-y since Hyorin can rap

Jay is a slightly better rapper than Mad Clown, I think...
