Maybe not ban them forever, just in kpop since I've yet to see any idol actually look good with them. This is probably the most tragic or tied with a member of Bigstar at debut caz it was like half his head shaved and half cornrows and I was like nope.

Even though those might be cornrows, I would probably put this in the same category as a woman's braided fauxhawk. This doesn't bother me as on him as on other kpop guys, because it's kind of a weird style and I think B1A4's generally cute concepts mitigate some of the ickiest appropriative aspects of idols wearing cornrows.
