i'm happy Team A finally won and their song was amazing. seriously wow! Team B song was good too, though. i know i say this all the time but this ep really proved it. Both groups should debut. Both team are wonderful in their own way and should have never gone against each other tbh.

Nope, in ep 7 he said it's a dance skill test, not a choreo test. They are free to use famous choreos from abroad.

again the vocals in team b's perf is lacking, but ugh im so worried about them if they end up losing

I'm loving Team A's song. So so good. Like I want to download it good. I would also like trans of the lyrics. I think they still need work on making them look more cohesive and not like a group of soloist put together. Jinwoo is still not great but whatever.

Team B. It's never been more clear to me how lacking they are vocally til this performance. That's really clear. However, performance wise they looked good and I loved the rap. Bobby and BI are clearly great.

One thing I did like was how it showcased how different the groups were musically. A has a bit of pop rock going on which I love while B is very hip hop. Both teams are pretty different and bring something to the table.

I did like the overall beat/melody arrangement, but once again anyone not named B.I or Bobby was basically useless. If Team B don't win it'll all be on the vocal line for not coming through again.

Team A's song was generic, but at least it had some form of consistency. It's too bad Jinwoo still a lost cause... his vocals and expressions still the same as day one. I don't get why he's not improving yet???

I enjoyed both dance performances, but Team B need to be careful of becoming one trick pony with all the acrobatics and that stupid arm choreo they do every round.

both dances were super fun to watch, team b was better but it was really smart of team a to use mino's beatbox in their dance routine.

none of the self composed songs reeeeally impressed me tbh, but both were ok. the main diference is that team a found a good balance with their vocals, even jinwoo sounds ok and well trained, while team b's vocals are a goddamn mess and jinhwan sounds awful

but yaaaay for team a winning the judges votes for once!

I loved Team A's choreography but Team B did better in that round tbh.
YG needs to release Smile Again like rn. I can't get enough of it! I would be very please if this was their first single(if they get to debut); it's so catchy.
I still want both groups to debut even if I'm biased to Team A. I can't stand seeing Team B's sad faces. :(

Personally, I like Team B's song more. I guess they're just more my style. Their song reminded me of GD&Top's Knockout while Team A's reminded me of Big Bang's Love Song. But one thing is for sure, Team B totally shines brighter when they're doing a more hiphop song.

But yes, Team B does lack vocals. I adore Jinhwan, but they should make Joonhwe lead vocal. That boy has a great voice. But I feel like even though their vocals aren't as up to par, they have so much charisma, stage presence and confidence that you don't really notice it. At least I don't really, I focus more on their performance as a whole. And the fact Hanbin and Bobby always have such prominent rap parts, I notice the lack of vocals even less. Maybe that's just me though. If YG makes this group go down a more hiphop route, I guess super strong vocals isn't really needed.

Not sure about Team B's choreo though since people are saying they still had parts from existing choreos. I wonder why YG allowed that? And I wonder why Team B included it to begin with. 3 of the members have strong dance backgrounds so it shouldn't be hard for them to choreograph something entirely their own?

Pretty sure Team A will win the public vote. But ugh, I want Team B to debut so bad.

bi, bobby and joonhwe (and arguably, jinhwan) should debut together with a or as another unit by themselves. when the judges were evaluating b, their focus was all on bobby and bi. there was hardly any mention of the rest, unlike with the members of a. it's clear by now that the others fade in the background half the time, and i flat out dislike their vocals.

yes I agree. I mean ideally I don't want to see any members from B cut since loads of groups have "unnecessary" members but Hanbin, Bobby and Joonhwe definitely shine the brightest. Joonhwe's voice is better than Jinhwan's and should be main vocal instead (even though I love Jinhwan too). But Hanbin, Bobby and Jinhwan have been portrayed as the golden trio of Team B so even if they don't win, YG probably won't let those 3 go.

Liked Team B's song more (really good beat!), but the vocals were a mess. B&B were perfect though. Team A were better as a team, but the song was kind of generic. Anyhow at this point I think:

He's a great performer no doubt, so he should probably try out for Hi Tech or something if he wants to stay in YG.

A Team bbs finally won something!! \:D/

I really like KSY's Smile Again. It is a bit disjointed but given he was under a lot of pressure and a time limit, it is pretty damn good. He distributed the parts right, rap and vocals. The build up was good too. The composition wasn't genius but the lyrics made up for it.

Also it was nice for once to see them having fun on stage. :)

Team B is being carried by B.I and Booby, it's never been more obvious till today. I don't see why both groups can't debut but imo they still need more training, I hope they don't debut till early next year. Team B would work better as a rap unit tbh, the vocals are just all over the place.

They would have won if Jinhwan and that other guy who wanted to be an actor, hadn't sang. The other two vocalist wasn't that bad actually but when the other two sang....it destroyed the song.

But, Bobby and BI carried the whole song. They need to just debut as a duo and drop the other 4.

I liked A's song but I think it could've been more polished. I'm warming up so much to Jinwoo!! Boy is gorgeous, he just needs to be more confident but he's improving yaaaaay <3

and yeah, i love it that they give more lines to Junhwe now. that they're making him more of a main vocal since he's really better than Jinhwan.
