omonatheydidNetizens in Korea have drawn attention to the fact that Davichi's recent hit song 8282 might have been a copy of British singer Mika's Happy Ending. And this was not the first time that Davichi has been accused of copying. Their previous hit song Love and War (feat.Haha) in 2008 was deemed to have been a hybrid copy of Oh Song's Oh Summer, Please and Sung Yu Bin's Nuneul Kamado (Close Your Eyes) as their melodies sounded similar.
With regards to the accusations, a Mnet Media representative expressed, "The copying allegations are untrue." Their manager also said, "They claimed that the song is copied just because there's a little bit of resemblance, that is simply unacceptable."
Super Junior have also been accused of stealing with their chorus of Sorry Sorry sounding similar to that of Britney Spears Womanizer. Another track from their same album Why I like you was also accused of sounding similar to America's R&B singer Ne-Yo's Closer.

i have the feeling Korean netizen are basically searching all day to find resemblances between songs of some artists.. lol.. so lame x__X
