Seungri lands MC spot on Japanese TV show

Big Bang's Seungri has landed a spot as the first foreign MC to host a main broadcast on Fuji TV!

YG Entertainment announced on the 24th, "Seungri has been appointed as the MC for one of Fuji TV's main programs 'Motejo 100' ('Motezo 100')." 'Motejo 100' will invite 100 women on the show to reveal their dating lives and lifestyles as well as give unpopular men advice on how to gain more attention from the ladies.

Seungri will be working alongside Japanese comedian Yamazaki Hirano. Reps from the show stated that they decided to add Seungri to the show after seeing his appearance on the Fuji TV variety show 'Room Share'.

I wonder if this is going to be subbed, it's always hard because Japanese variety shows get pulled off the internet very quickly.

Seungri is really, amazingly savvy with this kind of stuff. I'm actually jealous of his networking skills

Yay! His hard work is really starting to pay off. I feel that in the end he might be the Korean idol who has the longest career in Japanese entertainment industry - Others might have more explosive career at the start, but he'll be still there in 20 years while nobody remembers those others.

Nah. Not if GD or TOP are in the picture. He's always put on the backburner. Bae is lucky because he has a really dedicated fan base. When I was following Seungri's comeback, BBU didn't give him as much exposure (as far as links to watch the show and stuff). I remembered I tweeted that and they saw my tweet somehow and said something about "Not being up," and I was like uh huh...
