For 4 I am similarly confused - I thought Seungho right away but then the bottom lip is missing that trademark pillowy dent in the centre that I find so attractive on him, so in conclusion i have spent too much time looking at Seungho's mouth maybe??

If it is him, it has to be a unique picture because he usually runs down his bottom lip (or on the side), not his upper lip... Also, the teeth look kind of uneven, not the perfect niblits his teeth are now, so maybe this isn't a recent pic...but the lips kind of curl up at the ends like Jjong's do so...I DON'T EVEN KNOW.
