Who Wore It Best: Gain v. Sunny

Two K-pop stars were spotted rocking the same studded leather shorts this week–luckily at different events on different days!  Who wore it best?

On September 6, Brown Eyed Girls member and solo artist Gain made an appearance at the “Face Slip Secret” locker event at the Espoir, Gangnam store, in Seoul.  Gain added serious edge to what could have been a simple outfit with studded leather shorts with side laces and suede platform heels that lengthened her legs.  The pint-sized star created a classic look with sexy rock appeal.

On September 3, Girls’ Generation member Sunny made an appearance at the “H&M 2013 Fall Collection Free Shopping Party” at the H&M Garosugil store in Seoul.  Sunny went for an all-out vamp look by pairing her leather studded shorts with a sheer form-fitting top, nude heels, and smoky-eye makeup.  But the nude-toned top and nude gladiator-esque heels makes Sunny look a little too gladiator-like as in from the side the idol looks like she’s suited up for battle in nothing but leather.  Just add a sword and shield.

Sunny was my first option because GORGEOUS but Gain rocks it as well and if it were me, I'd wear her outfit rather than Sunny's. Also, I like Gain's shoes better. So both.

Sunny has an amazing body,but that outfit put together like that is as unflattering like a snausage. It even looks uncomfy. The shirt is fine. The shorts are fine (although high waisted bottoms should be burned imho). The two items together.....not so much.
