Yes. Compare with the legit voters, only few non LJ fans who made multiple accounts that probably made up to third of the total votes. I believe some of the non LJ fans voted only once. Tbh I know some of the cheaters from JYJ comm/site. These girls didn't even lie about what they did it's embarrassing! They know now that their votes won't be counted.
