Top Korean talent agency YG Entertainment will set up a joint corporation with China’s No. 3 cosmetics firm Guangzhou Huanya Cosmetics Technology Co., Ltd.
A press release by YG stated on Wednesday that Yang Min-suk, CEO of YG, took part in a signing ceremony for the establishment of the corporation, with cosmetics manufacturer COSON and Huanya in Guangzhou yesterday.
YG will take part in the establishment in the form of indirect investment through COSON, and COSON and Huanya are set to jointly invest 10 million dollars in the corporation to be set up in Hong Kong.
The new corporation will proceed with a new cosmetics business with each firm utilizing their core abilities: YG, with a number of popular artists including Big Bang and 2NE1, will be in charge of brand marketing; COSON will develop and manufacture cosmetics products, and Huanya will take care of distribution throughout China.
YG’s Yang Min-suk was quoted as saying, “We’re at the point where we’re attempting to integrate YG’s brand, that has become an entertainment business through its artists, with new and various fields.”
YG is also set to launch its first clothing brand in November through a joint venture it established last year with Cheil Industries, an electronic material, chemical and textile unit of the Samsung Group.

Date: 2013-09-04 09:45 pm (UTC)Morning:
I usually don't wash my face in the mornings with foaming cleanser because I don't want to strip it completely, so I just go over my face with a
konjac sponge (http://www.ebay.com/itm/MISSHA-Konjac-Natural-Soft-Jelly-Cleansing-Puff-Bamboo-Charcoal-7-5-cm-/320928974031?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ab8db84cf). There are different types with different additives added onto the jelly material. I use the charcoal puff for my oily skin. The red clay ones are good for if you have issues with pimples. It's a pretty good gentle exfoliator, but If I see dry flaky skin I'll use Missha Super Aqua Peeling Gel (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Missha-Super-Aqua-Detoxifying-Peeling-Gel-100ml-freebie-/330941808405?pt=US_Skin_Care&hash=item4d0dab3f15). Once a week I'll do a really good scrub with the Elisha Coy Cacao Black Sugar scrub (http://www.ebay.com/itm/ELISHACOY-Milk-Cacao-Black-Sugar-Scrub-70g-ELISHA-COY-BRINGBRINGSHOP-/400470587356?pt=US_Skin_Care&hash=item5d3de837dc). I go for moisturising toners so I don't really have a personal recommendation for one that's aimed more towards further cleansing, but my friends only have good things to say about the Etude Wonderpore (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Etude-House-Wonder-Pore-Freshner-250ml-freebie-/330948338079?pt=US_Cleansers_Toners&hash=item4d0e0ee19f) and it's cheap, which is always good!
Evening:
I like Face Shop Cleansing Oils (http://www.ebay.com/itm/THE-FACE-SHOP-Rice-Water-Bright-Cleansing-Light-Oil-THEFACESHOP-RUBYRUBYSHOP-/330849670696?pt=US_Cleansers_Toners&hash=item4d082d5628) and Missha BB Deep Cleansing. (http://www.ebay.com/itm/THE-FACE-SHOP-Rice-Water-Bright-Cleansing-Light-Oil-THEFACESHOP-RUBYRUBYSHOP-/330849670696?pt=US_Cleansers_Toners&hash=item4d082d5628).
I tend to change foaming face wash often, but lately I've been using Missha Chocolate Cleansing Foam (MISSHA Creamy Latte Chocolate Cleansing Foam) which I like because it cleans really well, but doesn't make my skin feel all tight. I do masks/packs every day, but two times a week I'll do some kind of cleansing pack so that means I do one clay pack and one peeling mask. For clay masks I like Face Shop's pore control and if you have issues with pimples there's the pink powder mask (http://www.ebay.com/itm/THE-FACE-SHOP-Lovely-ME-EX-Mini-Magic-Pink-Powder-Mask-65g-Free-gifts-/350864178644?pt=US_Skin_Care&hash=item51b1227dd4) that I think smells good, and Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore. Then Missha has good peeling masks from the Secret Recipe line (I love these because you get to peel the mask off your face like those craft glues...), also It's Skin also has good cleansing products in general because it's a brand where the products have been developed by dermatologists.
