omonatheydidGI (Global Icon) are ready to take on bigger things in their career with their 1st mini album 'Tremendous'!
The mini album consists of their pre-released track "Because of You", "Don't Lie" which features the rap styling of DOK2, their debut song "Beatles", as well as other feel-good songs. Their title track is cleverly titled "ㄱ" which is pronounced as "Gi". Reportedly, their music video for "Gi" will show a more upgraded look from their previous tomboy image.

OMG! i thought she was still with her band...oh man. she said in an interview that "omg! im not like other artists. i need a band because thats how i produce my best music" or something. ¬____¬
jeez. yeah...up until 'hit the light' all her music was pretty decent. (i loooooooved naturally) (and also love you like a love song).
but 'come and get it' was sooo mediocre. even though the tune was decent, i was put off by the suuuuper shitty lyrics. i guess thats one of the reasons i like kpop so much. i just listen to the beats and judge the song. in english songs nowdays, the lyrics are so shit that i cant get over them :[ and her latest(?) slow it down is soooooooooooooo bad. holy balls man....

I still recommend LYLALS to people, because it is just a really great pop song, and Naturally is the whole reason I started paying attention to the band. I was really anticipating the new album but it was such a letdown. She was the only one of the ex-Disney stars who seemed to have potential (and queen Hilary Duff ofc) but after this Selena is no longer interesting to me.
I actually check the lyrics in kpop before I listen to the song; knowing the meaning is part of the listening experience, for me, and good lyrics add to how much I enjoy a song. I don't often watch MVs or performances, but I like knowing what the song is about.
