And did I spot Seo In Guk in the music vid? didn't know he was in this drama, maybe I should check it out, is it good?
I've been avoiding both the ghost dramas, this one, and that Who Are You one, even though Kim Jae Wook is in it, because I was kinda meh about ghosts as plot devices, but huh, this looks interesting.
Gong Hyo Jin makes absolutely any show worth watching. TMS is so funny and quirky and all of the characters are interesting (yes, even 'The Bitch' is more 3-dimensional than your typical KDrama 'The Bitch').
The ghosts vary in interestingness but I've actually really enjoyed most of them (the schoolgirls were blah, the unmarried grandson is a KDrama waiting to be written, the dog was heartwrenching etc. etc.), but now that there are rules and consequences coming in, it's getting even more interesting.
Also, the fact that the entire relationship between the main couple DEPENDS on skinship but GHJ's character has no romantic feelings for So Ji Sub's whatsoever, and actually consults him for love advice regarding what to do to get with Seo In Guk is a brilliant twist. I say YES to a lead female who wants a relationship and knows how to get her flirt on.
YES. That adorable kid broke my heart with his "Omma" and then his non-crying sadness. I want him in more dramas. And that mother was a straight up bitch- HOW could anybody do that to their own kid?
Gong Hyo Jin and So Ji Sub's expressions outside the apartment, when they saw all the scars and wounds on Chang Min in the hospital and then GHJ's tears when she found out the truth about the three ghost children were heart-wrenching.
Also, slightly irrelevant but Yi Ryeong getting so bluntly shut down by Kang Candy every single time is hilarious to me. Since she hasn't done a 'super-bitch' and so far just seems like the geek who finally managed to one-up the cool kids (even if Gong Sil was a nice and not deliberately mean cool kid) and just wants to revel in it a little, I actually find her quite amusing. She's falling so hard for Kang Candy and he is having NONE of it.
And I cannot get enough of VP Uncle and his hilarious conversations with JW's hyper-practical, definitely-wears-the-trousers Aunt. I have the feeling all his conniving will come to an instant stop the second JW calls him 'uncle'.
One last thing though- if Secretary Kim has ANYTHING to do with the kidnapping, I will flip my shit more than I did when they revealed who Yi Kyung really was at the end of 49 Days (yes, I'm still bitter about that- WHAT a cop out. Especially after that BEAUTIFUL conversation about how love doesn't transcend death so she should stop mourning her past love and move on and find somebody to love in the present).
oooh I love her voice. I finally started watching this drama and I loveee it. I downloaded a bunch of episodes from the Hong sisters last drama, Big, and I heard such bad reviews about it, I haven't watched it yet. So I was kind of anxious about this drama, but I'm loving it.
Big was a major let down for me, so tbh I'd say don't watch it.
But for what it's worth, even if Master's Sun also has a bad ending, I'd say so far I've been enjoying the past 6 episodes far more than I enjoyed any of the good parts of Big.
everyone hated Big and while I admit it was a huge big mess and the ending even moreso I was absolutely in love with the chemistry going on so you might maybe give it a try when the episodes are already resting on your hard drive. and Gong Yoo is absolutely hot.
they released it! just look for the OST part 4, part 1 has some instrumentals too, but if ur talking about the one i think ur talking about it's in part 4
This kind of makes me want to see this drama. I do love me some So Jisub, and the lady from Pasta is cool too. Hmmm- oh the song. The song was very nice. :D
Ok, the mv definitely made me want to check out the drama. I was not really into the ghost concept but the look of it is really interesting! and also, GHJ is perf.
ETA: I marathon watched all 7 episodes thus far and it is such a wonderful, quirky drama. I love GHJ and even though SJS' character is the atypical rich leading man of every kdrama, he made the role quite funny and put his own spin on it. such a hottie too! even though this isn't the main focus of the drama, this is the first time where i feel conflicted with whom the female lead should end up with; i normally vouch and cheer for the 2nd male lead, but it's hard to choose in this one! Literally can't wait for E08!
