It sounds ageist because it is. I didn't know once you hit a certain age you have to change your wardrobe to whatever society says is acceptable. And she's only 30 not freaking 50.
I have no problem against wearing short shorts after 30 (I share mine with my 43 year old mother). The problem is that this looks like an outfit a 13 year old would wear (while thinking she's the real sh*t). Bom (like my mother) has legs that beg to be shown off, but that doesn't change the fact that this was a bad outfit. I'm just pointing out a fashion faux paux, not reinstating society's norms.
Except you said she needs to start dressing her age. What does that even mean? What exactly should a 30 year old's wardrobe look like according to you?
She's wearing shorts, sneakers, and a hoodie. Something people in theirs 20s and older wear all the time.

Late response but it would have been better if you had said "I don't like her outfit" or something like that instead of saying "she should dress her age".
The only thing that bothers me about Dara's outfit is those feathers. Here for CL's legs, but not that outfit. Minji looks cute to me. I also thought Bom was eating some thing at first lol.
Dara looks nice with her hair straight and down but her whole outfit is all sorts of wrong especially the horrid hat or whatever that tribal bird thing is... Bom looks like she's wearing a wig, CL looks cute and Minzy is her usual leather self.
