SEUNGRI IS FLAWLESS. He works very hard, is commited to his music and television jobs and is very involved. He puts in his energy and ideas and stays true to himself. He seems like one of the few people at YG that hasn't let fame and the ~YG reputation of being special~ gone to his head. He's been like this since BigBang's early days and I've always found it admirable and I respect him a great deal for it. I look forward to seeing where he'll be ten years from now.
Also 'Let's Talk About Love', more like 'Let's talk about sex BABY let's talk about you and ME'.
That was a really nice video, thanks OP <3 He looks and sounds so mature here, and this round of promotion. The live were so good, he looks at ease, is playing with the audience and overall really into the performance. It goes with the feeling of the mini, and the previous one; he really wanted to put himself into it, and I feel like he knows how to get around the best people to do what he wants, that's cool. Well, of course there are flaws, I wouldn't have put YooHooo!!! in the mini without additionnal work (and another title damn it) and some parts (album teasers, moments in GG Be live) made me angry. I wished he could do more music for BIG BANG too.
I agree with everything you wrote. It surprised me a little b/c I've been out of the loop regarding BB lately and seeing SeungRi again like this - I am always so fascinated with him; with the professionalism he exuded during his live performances and with his intense mannerisms.
Well I am always checking whatever they're doing, more or less. Even G-Dragon but he didn't keep me so interested lately, sadly (because I still think he has a lot of talent). But Seungri first surprised me (once more) with his songs, they're getting better every time I listen to them (apart from YouHooo!!! lol), and with his lives. And then he gave me major BIG BANG feels ! If I had a lightstick, I would probably be with it to watch and re-watch every live from Seungri haha. He made me realised I miss them.
Right? There were a lot of comments calling the album mediocre in the original listening post and I think I let myself be influenced by that at first b/c I was listening to the songs while reading the comments. But after listening to the songs again for a couple of times I think it's actually quite a solid mini. Ugh yes, he made me realise the same thing. The group album is due at the end of the year, isn't it? I also really like listening to SeungRi's voice since it's not always that noticable in BB songs but it's in the spotlight here (obviously). :)
IT's the same with me. I was already pleased with GTTU and enjoying some of the songs, but it was nowhere as good as VVIP for me. And well... I've listened to both, his singing improved much between the two, the melodies are quite different, he made some good lyrics (I love the sarcasm in GG Be)... I would now say the minis are both good, and I consider buying LTAL!

Well I felt Seungri had more parts (or more interesting parts?) during their last albums... But yeah, it's never enough ! Daesung and him are the one I'm always looking for. I love Taeyang too, but he's sounding the same since beginning (although good), maybe that's why I love his rap so much, something new at last ! But yes, Seungri is now, G-Dragon is really soon given that we had the teaser (maybe a few weeks to give spotlights to Seungri, and then like VVIP/High High co-promotions). And Taeyang after that, if he's done with the album, and if YG's ok with it... So I would rather think november ? Lol, I actually watched 71: Into The Fire for the first time just a short while ago and that was an interesting experience.^^ The subject was rather sad obviously but TOP's (absence of) acting was just funny. Yo, I like me some good ol' trot but him doing a whole album's worth of it?? Nah, you gotta age into that. Idek if the Korean ahjummas could handle such a fit dude singing their favourite music. ;D Though to be fair, we have that one attractive singer in what probably comes closest to trot in my country as well and a lot of elderly people loooove her but you know, they're not going mental.^^
Haha a friend watched this only for TOP and was pretty bored (especially with him). I only saw him in 19 and lol, well, "lol" would be the right thing to say!

Yes he is definitively hilarious, and I would love to see a comedy... But he's been stuck with the tall mysterious guy forever (thank you YG) and started acting this way as well. I'm sure we'll have to way a bit from him to be relevant in acting/comfortable enough to have a completely different role. Which would be really cool, but I don't see it coming anytime soon :(
I love this album. This (and B1A4 and MBLAQ Smoky Girl) are showing a maturity in its sound that I do not see in kpop. I like hearing the effect of self-awareness as an artist. Proud of bb panda.
