the theatre is quite small, I went there for a few concerts a couple of years back. they have the upstair seats and pit area section downstairs. The concert that I went to, they arranged numbered seats in the pit area, for the VIP tickets, those seats are really close to the stage, I was on the 3rd row, but can see very well despite being short and nobody sat down at all.

upstairs the best seats are the front rows balcony, I was lucky to be able to buy front row balcony seat. Really close, almost right above the VIP section downstairs, so you'll get the view from above. there are no standing area upstair. if they are to have free standing area, it has to be behind the VIP and the regular priced seats on the ground floor.

It sucks to get the free standing tickets, if you're short (like me) and didnt manage to line up early enough to fight for the closer spot, I had to stand on my toe the entire time to see anything, even thou the free standing section is not that far from the stage.

again, i dont know how they are going to arrange the seating, but if there are no seat on the ground floor, your best shot would be aiming for the first few balcony row. I mean, unless you are willing to go line up really early, and be ready to fight all the pushing
