Super Junior's Experience Korea. Total of 2 volumes. Original price 46,000; Kyobo discount price: 41,400 won, Preorder Event (8/2~8/15) Each volume will have 3 AR cards that you can scan with your smartphone to see unreleased videos, Also, you’ll receive an “app book” with 40 clips, pictures, and a mini game. It took a total of 3 years to produce, 1 year to record for the books. Looks like the app book can also be purchased on app store later, and price is 14.99$. They travel to the following places:

Kyuhyun: KRY received lots of love in Japan, and many people worried about how he wasn’t able to come… So we prepared a special stage. We kept it a secret, and after the concert yesterday, we told Yesung-ee hyung. Yesung-ee hyung said tears came out a bit.

Ryeowook: and our Grey Paper stage was Kyuhyun-ssi’s idea. He gave the idea, was it okay? Anyways, thank you all for loving us KRY. It may take a while, but please wait for KRY’s new album.

Henry to appear at KCON 2013



KCON has officially announced the latest stars who will be joining international K-Pop fans in Los Angeles -- and it′s a triple whammy this time.

Korean hip-hop giants, Dynamic Duo, the adorable and talented Yoo Seung Woo and Super Junior-M′s multi-talented Henry, will all be flying out to Los Angeles to meet and greet fans as part of KCON 2013. The three artists will join G-Dragon, EXO, 2AM, Teen Top and f(x) at KCON, which is set to take place on August 24-25 at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena.

Dynamic Duo will also perform as part of the line-up of Global M COUNTDOWN - What′s Up LA. Tickets are currently open for sale on www.kconusa.com.

KRY, these absolute cuties. I really liked the Winter Concert and their interactions; they seemed quite natural. And this is a nice idea.
Furthermore, we're getting Kyu's high notes as a cherry on top which is always appreciated. ;)

Is this "KRY’s new album" actually happening anytime soon? SM needs to know that I would buy the physical copy of that in less than a heartbeat (and also their gorgeous, gorgeous shirts from the Special Winter Concert in Japan but what are the odds of that orz).

If I actually had any chance of going to K-Con I'd be more :| about not going, haha, but I'm really glad Henry's going! Side-eyeing the line-up a bit though - only one girl group so far?

i really hope that the travel book will be translated into other languages cause i get why it is in Korean, but at the same time....i don't get why company of a group which isn't popular in Korea would create a travel book about Korea in Korean for Koreans.....it would make more sense if this was in Japanese or Chinese...or English. the Japanese fans would totally eat this up and SMe could have tacked on travel packages via their travel company for fans to visit places in the book.

otherwise just call it a pretty photobook and be done with it.

It actually makes sense because the book isn't for the young generations. From what I've read, its target is fandom and the mature/old people who now have the time to travel through the country. And SuJu is really popular with that public lol

SJ's main fans are outside of Korea, that isn't a secret (one of the reasons why they can't win in digital sales). no one said anything about the young generation, because SJ's fandom has mostly matured with them. so that public of "mature/old people" as the demographic that you suggest is their is still pretty small for two travel books.

if they did this for Soshi, then i would understand that marketing strategy more, since SNSD is known more than SJ throughout the country of SK outside of the idol world.

I know about SJ's fans being mainly international fans. What I was talking about was about the fact the book is written in korean because its target is fans plus the (old...mostly ladies) koreans who want to travel through the country. That's what I read on Naver news. Besides they've been choosen many times to represent Korea by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the last poll made by them about who would people choose to travel through the country was won by Yoo Jae-suk and the boys. I read this because Chae Rim was also choosen and I'm a fan even is she's M.I.A. so it actually makes sense. In a way.

By any means I was trying to say SJ is popular among the mainstream public. I'm a fan but luckily not delusional.

All this said, I honestly don't think SM worries too much about whether the books will sell well in Korea because they know we internacional fans are going to buy the book even if we don't understand a single thing.
