2NE1′s CL decided to join SBS singing competition program ‘Super Match’ and is currently having her first filming.
On 25th, in a phone call with OSEN, YG Entertainment said, “CL was the only one among YG Entertainment’s artists to decide to join the program.”
Currently CL has joined the filming of ‘Super Match’ at SBS Prism Center in Sangam-dong, Seoul. It is the first time an artist from YG Entertainment has ever participated in a competition program as a participant not a judge.
As CL is the only female rapper in ‘Super Match,’ the interest on the collaboration with other musicians is on the rise.
Unlike MBC ‘I Am A Singer,’ ‘Super Match’ will not put the singers through elimination process. That makes it possible for audiences to appreciate high quality stages continually.
Meanwhile, 2 episodes of ‘Super match’ will be aired in August as a trial program, and the decision on whether to make it a regular program will be made depending on the reviews.
