Kang Seung Yoon to Start Performing ′Wild and Young′ on Television in August

Mnet Superstar K2 alumni Kang Seung Yoon will be making his debut on television with his new song Wild and Young in August.

Yang Hyun Suk, head of YG Entertainment, announced through his official blog on July 23 that he′s "planning a set of televised promotions for Kang Seung Yoon′s first promotional single Wild and Young, starting with the August 4 broadcast of Inkigayo."

He added about the song itself, "Wild and Young had been written by YG′s main producer Teddy two years ago. He had finished writing the lyrics and recording a demo for the song, but hadn′t been able to find anyone to sing it because it was so different from YG′s usual music."

Kang Seung Yoon will also be releasing two more promotional singles in August and September. The third single will be using lyrics written by Big Bang′s G-Dragon.

Yang Hyun Suk said, "G-Dragon and Taeyang are always very considerate toward their juniors, perhaps because they were trainees for a long time in YG. G-Dragon listened to Kang Seung Yoon′s demo song at the studio, and wrote lyrics for it right then."

Wild and Young will be released on July 31.

I'm sorta worried, but then I'm not. I actually like GD's songs, but I can see why people wouldn't like him being involved. Although GD is pratically on everyone's solo work at YG.

Also interested in hearing the song GD wrote the lyrics tho, I think he's pretty good at writing as long as it's not swag bling one of a kind-stuff.
