This show is addicting and sad like I fear the world beyond us tbh. I read the manga one night and got nightmares so stopped then the show came out and is now a hit idk if I should start with the manga
ahahahaha I remember when the makers first joked about it on todayhumor.co.kr, and then announced that they were gonna make it with some sample gifs, and boom the progress video couple days ago. the video isn't even finished! I can't wait for the final version.
the artists said on the side that they were thinking of quitting midway through because the manga artist turned out to be pro-Japanese military and imperialism (and that ended the fad in Korea very quickly), but meh, they came so far to quit now.
I'd been on the fence about watching this, but knowing what you've said here I think I'll be ok not watching it. Not to diminish the animators work, it's still excellent.
