i saw pacific rim yesterday. i though it was ok, but i fell asleep ONLY because the theatre we went to, the chairs were like living room recliners. they were leather, they reclined, you could put your feet up... they were so comfortable i went to sleep.

i think i'm going to see it again. i only missed the last 10 minutes, actually i have no idea how long i was passed out for, but i don't think it was that long.

Ok, so the MOST HILARIOUS thing happened yesterday!!!

A friend was using my laptop and wanted to check the news or something. As he was typing something in my URL bar, a link for Girls Generation Genie came up. and He's like 'do you know girls generation'? and i was like O__________O how the hell does he know girls generation? Apparently he had googled hot asian women and....you know...found a GG video.

ME: idk, someone must have sent me a link or something.
Him: yeah, they are really hot and stuff... even that girl from gangnam style was so hot.
Me: O yeah..huna? yona? wait...its hyuna or something like that right?

we then start to watch 'bubble pop' and 'the boys'

Me: hmm. their english isnt that bad...that one sings well..oooh! look at that ones dance moves! ooohhhh! That one is so tall! look at her legs and her hair! haahaha! what is that bird doing there?! haha! so silly... :P

And then we close firefox and he sees my wallpaper. Which is a SOSHI CHIBI wallpaper and doesnt notice anything...BWAHAHAAHAHA! Nor does he notice i have a 4GB folder of KPOP songs on my desktop. And he later comments that why does youtube always recommend korean videos for you. im like 'we just watched GG. mabye thats why'.

I missed last friday's FFA, but I'm here this week!!

A little depressed lately cause my company told me a week ago they're laying me off :(. I'm trying to look on the brightside, that I might get a job that pays more money now, but I really love all the people I work with and am going to miss them like crazy. Seriously, that's the worst part of all of it. I'm not even worried about finding a job (yet).

UGH GIRL I FEEL YOU. I haven't had a job yet (but i'm finishing high school in 9 weeks) and im so scared i'm gonna get employed nowhere because i basically have no experience. but all my friends told me that if you're gonna start anywhere, start down low, so your fast food and low retail etc. they also say if you want some sort of experience before getting a job, doing volunteering and stuff usually helps your resume anything that includes you helping your community and stuffs... hope the job find works out bb!!!

Okay, so my computer needs repair after it started to mess up a week ago and unsure whether or not to go to a professional place or the computer guy that my mother recommends because he'd fixed my cousin's computer. I don't have a lot of spare cash to even get my computer repaired so the neighborhood guy would be easier on my wallet but at the same time I don't even know him and am paranoid about trusting someone non official/professional with my 'baby' even if it would cost a little more (or maybe even a lot more. UGH.)

Should I go with the repair place or try the neighborhood-y guy first?

Neighborhoody guy. If he fixes it, yay! If he can't/makes it worse, you don't have to pay him cause he didn't do anything. Then, you can take it to a pro shop.

by the way, has anyone done development (in a non-profit) here? Because I'm actually thinking of quitting my part-time job as development associate at a non-profit... Seems like the prospect of this job field is "revolving-door" :((( If anyone has any advice, that would be great...
