10 Memorable KPOP Idol Faces

So here's a list of some of the most memorable faces of KPOP. I'm talking about the face that you seen in a KPOP group and instantly recognize from then onward despite the numerous hair color changes!

It was really hard to narrow it down to 10 because there are so many, but here are my top 5 guys and top 5 girls that I instantly memorized!

Guys:

1. Jaejoong, JYJ

TVXQ was the first KPOP group I've ever watched/listened too. When I saw the MV for Mirotic the first time, Jaejoong immediately stood out. As bigoted as it may sound, Jaejoong completely blew up that awful stereotype of 'small eyed Asians.' His huge eyes and gorgeous lips absolutely blew me away (-cough- his abs may have something to do with it as well). Jaejoong is just male beauty personified.

2. Niel, Teen Top

Niel is definitely one of a kind! His features are slightly unusual in the KPOP world but I stand by the fact that you can recognize Niel's full lips anywhere! Definitely the first person in Teen Top I memorized.

3. Eunhyuk, Super Junior

Dubbed the 'anchovy' or 'monkey' by has fans (in a loving manner of course!) he is the first person I recognized in Super Junior. His single eye lids and his loveable gummy smile easily allow him to be recognized. And if he is frowning or has sunglasses on, his super defined (and drool worthy!) jaw line is a great indicator!

Bonus: Shindong, Super Junior

He may not be a memorable face in the technically term, but it was super easy to pinpoint Shindong anywhere in the KPOP world. I admire him so much! He really sets up an example of the excellence people that are not pencil-skinny can achieve. You go Shindong! Don't ever change!


4. Yoseob, B2ST

I first saw Yoseob in a variety show and all I could think of -- "wow his face is small!" Yoseob has since been one of the easier people to spot in KPOP - he is just so offsetting-ly adorable! Even in his 'bad boy' concept, he still looked like a kitten to me!


5. CNU, B1A4

I, unfortunately, am not familiar with all of B1A4. But CNU stood out to me for various reasons I'm sure you and I can agree on. His long hair, hipster glasses and cute buck teeth are his stamps and makes him stand out of the crowd.

Girls:

1. Ha Na (formerly Zinger), Secret

Ha Na has said before how she was hurt by comments that said she wasn't girl group worthy. And I think that is just horrible. Why be ashamed of things that gain you recognition? Better to stand out than blend in, right? Ha Na has a stronger jaw line and smaller eyes than most KPOP girls but she is amazingly talented and is proof that girls don't need to be photoshop perfect to get famous.

2. Sohee, Wonder Girl

If there was a female version of Yoseob, Sohee is it. Her face and head are just so tiny! Not to mention her chubby cheeks and feline eyes that totally look straight at you and into your soul (dun dun dun). Sohee, even outside of the Wonder Girls, was one of the first KPOP females I instantly memorized.

3. CL, 2NE1

CL is kinda like my female hero in the KPOP world because if anyone embodied "fierce" it would be her. Her trademark could be that she is almost always blonde, but her real trait is her feline eyes. While all of 2ne1 are definitely not your average KPOP girls, CL rightfully leads the crowd with her unique looks.

4. Hyoyeon, SNSD

Yoona may be the visual, but it was definitely Hyoyeon that first stood out to me. At the time it was because of her eyebrows but even after the fact, I would still stand by the fact that she is one of the girls that your eye is instantly drawn towards. If anyone embodied confidence, it would be Hyoyeon.

5. Suzy, Miss A

Suzy is probably the most 'Westernized' face I have seen in KPOP. When I first saw her, I had to double take and make sure she wasn't a foreigner. In all honestly, I don't quite know what it is about Suzy that makes me recognize her so easily. Her entire body just seems to be the perfect exaggeration - tall, shapely, big eyes and mouth and amazing skin. Definitely someone you can easily notice.

Anyone you can think of that I didn't mention? I'm sure we may have different people that instantly stood out to us - after all, KPOP is a minefield of gems!

It's true about Hyoyeon; my first exposure to kpop was Gee and Genie MVs and she stood out the most to me. I thought she was beautiful and was surprised when people told me some Koreans didn't feel the same way.

Jaejoong definitely deserves his spot on this list. And not just his face, I feel his personality, outlook and even his name is very unique in kpop.

when i first was getting into kpop, i was smitten with jungah in the because of you video. she stood out. and when i was googling the names of the members, the name jungah stood out to me and thought that's probably the girl i like.

i thought gyuri and dongwoon were mixed. and i thought leeteuk and zhou mi were one person. in suju, it was donghae and kyuhyun that stood out to me. but it was definitely kyuhyun who i couldn't stop thinking about.

yeah id say gyuri bc there rly arent many lookalikes
sohees got an iconic beauty but a lot of other girls have some similar features.
my bae sera has a bug eyed look that no other girl can step to imo.
also fei she is so so stunning, and sunnys face is pretty unique imo

You know, I just remembered that I don't know of any one in Kpop who resemble Yunho or Changmin. Junsu and Yoochun look kind of similar to their brothers and Jaejoong may look unique, but there is that guy from D.Gna that resembles him a lot...Ok, no actually he looks more like Jaejoong and Yunho's lovechild .___.

Even though I don't find Kim Hyun Joong or Minho that attractive, they do have pretty unqiue faces as well lol XD

Hmmm...here for Jaejoong, CL, and Niel...but this list...hmm...I'm not saying some people on this list have had some cosmetic touch ups done (teeth, fillers, or otherwise) but....

Instead of Yoseob I'd have picked Maknae...Dongwoon even went on Win Win and was like, "I'm 100% Korean."

For Western faces someone mentioned Nana from After School...and of course I point out her fraternal twin my dongsaeng Kris.

All of 2NE1 are recognizable, honestly. Minah is the Girl's Day mascot, Amber stands out for obvious reasons, Ye-Won has a charming face, Jiyeon and Hyuna are really charismatic, and Hyorin's face is a national treasure.
