Hyesung's mum's speech about regretting not knowing enough about her and not praising her enough killed me T_T I wonder if the writers will go all the way and have Suha successfully kill Jung-gook. I'll be fine with whatever happens just as long as it isn't a lame, safe route.
And these two episodes only solidified the fact that Suha and Hyesung NEED to be together. This is nice and all:

Edit: Part of me wants Suha to succeed cause I think it'll make for an interesting story, buuuut I don't think they will just because we still haven't found out why Suha's father was murdered, and Joon Guk knows.
My summarized feelings after watching the two episodes:
The midpoint of this drama is so amazing that it left such a huge impact on all of the characters. This show's midpoint imo is one of the greatest, dramatic and most intense of all the kdramas I've watched. It feels as if it is the climax of the drama and that it is ending in the next episode. So goooooood!
What's for sure now Sooha will face Min Joong Gook on 3rd July 2012. The next episode will be on 3rd July 2013. Well played drama writer, well played. As time jump is pretty much confirmed, I'm dying to know the real trigger of the time jump.
I hope Hye Sung is fast enough to catch up on what Sooha is planning and stops him just in time. But at the same time I also want an end to Min Joong Gook evil deeds. Ugh, so conflicted. I think things will not go according to Sooha's plans ( I really really hope so, so that he will not end up as a murderer ;A;)
I think right now my best theory on the time jump trigger is going to be Suha going to jail for attempted murder.
I kind of want Suha to actually kill Joon Guk just because then no one will have to be afraid anymore, and when he's out of prison they can live happily ever after, right? RIGHT? she'd forgive him, right?! T_T.
I need to leave the glorious gifs here. My jaw drops just like Luhan's after watching the ending of ep. 8. Boy is so smooth.
The scene is so beautiful yet so painful to watch because of the tears. ;____; Before this I find it hard to ship the two because I saw their chemistry more as sisterly-brotherly. But after watching ep.7 and 8, my ship has sailed smoothly because I've seen how great the two of them together. Sooha and Hyesung please be together~~~
Those arms!!! I just CANT with LJS, he's killing me in every single thing he does. I thought his S2013 character would be tough to surpass but DAMN, Suha-yaaaa....!!!
Sooha and Hyesung, their physical chemistry is on FIRE. They do a lot of casual skinship because they are comfortable with each other but when Sooha decided to confess he totally poured on the sexy! The scene was simultaneous sad and sexy, I wanted to drown in Sooha. Hyesung's shocked expression like OMG where did this sexy namja come from.
These two eps just ripped my heart out. All that build up and then the phone call with her mom, I was crying buckets. I felt so bad for Kwan Woo because he's doing the right thing as this man's lawyer, but is actually so so so wrong. And Hye Sung just giving up on the law and kneeling to Do Yeon, I didn't want her to but I also really wanted Min Joongook to be found guilty so much! And Suha, omg, suha...alkdsjgflkjfija!!
Am I the only one who ships Lawyer Jang and Lawyer Cha? I can't see Lawyer Jang/Sooha as having a relationship other than sister-brother and mother-son (at times). I feel like the reason she can be so open with him is because of their shared past, the fact that he can read minds, and that she sees him as a brother. I would feel reluctance to open up to a guy a liked right away too because I would want to be seen as cool and as someone who reveals too much too soon, you know? It's not like I share my feeling and deep inner thoughts with everyone - only the people I'm close with.
I see Sooha loves Lawyer Jang, but I agree with what he said at the end of episode 8. It's realistic. Plus, how cool would it be for Lawyer Jang and Cha to learn that they were trying to be set up by her mom? Yes, grief might be a factor to why she would date him if they found out, but Lawyer Jang liked him before that. I hope grief won't cloud her judgement.

Nooo I do too! I thought I was alone. I totally agree with you about Hye Sung and Sooha, I only see bro/sis mom/son. I see absolutely nothing romantic coming from her. Even Sooha who loves her, I don't really believe it. I accept he loves her because the drama tells me he does but I don't feel it, I don't get it. Hyesung did start noticing Cha on her own so I'm going to be a bit mad if they're going to make it a case of she was just following her head instead of her heart thing. Right now I'm rooting for Lawyer Cha and ex-bully girl and I think it's what the original set up was. But since it's the same writer, I can tell she's going to pull a Dream High. Suzy's character was supposed to end up with Taecyeon but because people loved her and Kim Soo Hyun she changed it.
This drama is so good. I really like how they've shown Sooha's love for Hyesung. He started out with a childish idealized crush and a shared trauma that made him want to protect her. Then he gets to know her as a real woman, messy and petty but still loveable. He accepts her as she is and his feelings grow. He is clearly so happy to be living with her, grocery shopping and taking her to work. Of course his mind reading gives him the edge over Cha (Oska) in understanding her abrasive personality but I think it helps that he started out with such a positive view of her because if a stranger acted as immature as she does I think he wouldn't have been so understanding.
I completely swoon every time he jumps in to protect her but also at the little things he does like open her water bottles and look at her with puppy eyes every time she says something hurtful or he sees her with Cha. I never found LJS attractive before but the stylist is really playing up his best features with the clothes he wears. All I see broad shoulders and long legs. LJS really does have awesome chemistry with his costars, male or female.
oh and this is one drama where the guy trying to save the girl all the time doesn't feel sexist because she saved/protected him twice when he was a kid and she recently saved him form the cops twice (when he attacked MJG and when they thought he had the gun).
