I'm guessing it's because Yuri posted 2 photos on instagram (one with Yoona) of the same day (they were on a set I think) and she deleted both those specific pictures so people think she got in trouble for spoiling something.

At least that's what I'm guessing because of the instagram comments and stuff but I could be totally wrong and it's some other information lol.
