Well, he does have the assured self confidence that only the truly privileged have. But from everything I've seen/read/heard about him he seems like a really nice guy. He also turns 20 in July. He's been 19 for the entirety of his Korean celebrity so far.

he does have the privileged/prep school vibe sometimes, maybe that's it? i also get a bit of a narcissist vibe from him too, but he seems to be an okay guy in general so i overlook it usually.

plus he seems to have this kind of charismatic honest to a fault thing going on. once a guy's wife was going to labor called into his radio show to complain about how she didn't make him a meal in advance or something like that and roy kim sarcastically sent him a chicken meal after ripping into him over the broadcast lol. another time a supposedly less than attractive fan won an opportunity to come up on stage for a hug, and the mc for the event jokingly commented on how he "looked disappointed because she wasn't attractive". roy just stared at him at him for a while, visibly pissed off, and said "nope" really bluntly.
