Gagman Im Jun Hyuk Disses MBLAQ on SNS

"Since starting Rising Star, today's recording was the most difficult. Realized only today that the 2PM friends really did work hard ㅡㅡ. "Can't do this, can't do that" until right before the recording. Then when we finally tried to synchronize together before the recording, the must've either not heard what we told them or heard it and forgotten... THey think they're superstars... G.O. worked quite hard, though. This is my personal opinion so diss me if you have anything to say."
1. [+460, -97] So basically, he wasn't that fond of 2PM either
2. [+337, -48] He must've known this post would be controversial... Why'd he write it so publicly like that...
3. [+384, -133] Is there any other idol group like MBLAQ who isn't afraid to ruin their image or throw their bodies into physically demanding work? I was actually worried about them ruining their images over how fearless they were in variety shows. They got surgery for breaking a rib while overextending themselves on a variety show, had two back surgeries for doing the limbo while holding up a girl on another variety show... There are no idols that can follow up to them in terms of variety work ethic. And if they were cocky by any chance, he should've criticized them on the spot, then and there. He's basically asking netizens to hate on them, help me hate on them... He only wrote things from his perspective, too. Pathetic.
4. [+149, -121] How much of a nuisance was MBLAQ that the gagman felt the need to write something like this ㅡㅡ tsk tsk I can understand that gagman, especially if they really said that they can't do this or that before the recording.
5. [+102, -21] I think it's important to hear both sides of the story...
6. [+82, -16] I'm more suspicious of that gagman than MBLAQ...

1. [+40, -4] I'll summarize it for you all~ He basically felt that he didn't really like 2PM but MBLAQ is just as worse.. ㅋㅋㅋ
2. [+57, -27] This is T-ara's fault. Since T-ara came in the music industry, they created a culture trend of publicly dissing people through SNS. This is one example of the phenomenon.
3. [+33, -6] The one good thing SNS is good for: it outs the idiots.
4. [+26, -12] He's going to end up having to delete it anyway... Why not think before pressing enter?
3. [+31, -19] Not that great to see people going public with things like this on SNS..
OP note: The gagman might have asked for an autograph but was ignored :(

MBLAQ rep: "I was at the recording studio and the members did everything asked of them by the gagmen. They even offered to go rehearse in the gagmen's waiting rooms because they are younger but they declined, saying it was easier for them to go to them. MBLAQ was not late to the rehearsals and actually went above and beyond what was required of them. After the recording, they took pictures with the other gagmen. The other gagmen seemed to enjoy their company. There was nothing that could've caused a misunderstanding. The atmosphere was great."
1. [+104, -9] Yeah, I don't think MBLAQ are the type of kids who just half a$$ what's asked of them
2. [+84, -13] I remember them working really hard on SNL
3. [+76, -7] KBS 'Immortal Song' Go Min Goo PD said on the 19th with TV Report, "I cannot believe that MBLAQ would be in a controversy for not working hard. You could ask any variety PD, they'll all give you the same response and it's that there isn't any other group than MBLAQ that works as hard as they do."
On Im Jun Hyuk's public diss, the PD said, "On a gag program, the gagman is the star of the show. It's his job to fill what his guests cannot. I don't understand why he would say those things on SNS and not to them directly at the point of it happening."
AN 'SNL Korea' rep also said, "This is actually my first time hearing that MBLAQ didn't work hard on a variety show. They're friends who worked harder than the actual hosts on SNL. Lee Joon himself came after a morning recording of 'MCountdown' and still waited for Miranda Kerr for two hours and went into a rushed rehearsal with her."

Date: 2013-06-19 09:37 am (UTC)i think idols in general do work hard, but it's easy for them to get annoyed and start seeing their schedules as just another on the list. i would be 100x worse, when i'm that tired and worked out, so i'm not blaming them - but i can understand when some people who only see them for one program ever, one day ever, for them to be like 'they didn't even smile at us and we waited at the airport for ten hours', 'they didn't bow low enough, she's so rude', 'they were late to filming and didn't grovel at my feet, i'm so offended'.
but eyeroll @ people who form an opinion after one meeting and then broadcast their thoughts for the world to hear.
