Oh man i remember the firšt time i saw kwangsoo on star golden bell. His face had me rolling around in laughter. Years later, still has the same effect..
tbh that was exactly what i was thinking while watching the new running man ep last night - actually ever since jongkook said that kwangsoo works out a lot and has a very solid body - sometimes i wished he broadened his options a little, because i do think he has the potential. i'm waiting on him to take more serious drama roles to showcase that, but honestly if being a comedian is what he wants, then more power to him since he's good at what he does, too.
I don't think it has to do with what he wants as much as what the public wants. Honestly he's not that strong of an actor and because his variety character is so popular the roles he gets now are basically him in RM. Like Nice Guy. And have you seen him in Cyrano? His character in that is RM's Lee Kwang Soo, that's obviously why he was casted. He's too tall and awkward to be in a serious role. Even the way he carries himself out is awkward, like on red carpet and stuff. Shoulders hunched, shy attitude and everything. Until he fixes that or gets a 2nd lead role that becomes super popular that's not going to change.
But he did get a villain role though. Apparently the drama will be called 'Goddess of Fire Jeongi'. Really looking forward to this since I had the same thoughts as y'all did when I watched this CF.
What? Did anyone actually drink any Fanta in that so called commercial? lol I was waiting for all those people to open their bottles they were waving around and get sprayed with the drink, I was so disappointed they didn't.
