some of those little movies were so out of place and cringeworthy, though I enjoyed seeing hyoyeon as goddess of the wild or something.
the first outfits were terrible, I didn't like those striped outfits on nine muses and I don't like them on snsd.

Yeah, that was the one thing that irked me. I would have preferred the songs live rather than them putting on the studio version and then throwing in random Tiffany shouts throughout the audio, it just made the lack of live vocals more obvious :\

Part of their concerts have lipsyncing(especially the songs with difficult dance moves) and other parts have live singing.. well in their Korean concerts anyway.

I guess in this case, they're prolly not confident in their Japanese and they had to lipsync.

I haven't watched the whole broadcast, but I suppose at least Express 999 was originally sung live but dubbed over in the broadcast version :(

That's the one performance I first checked out because I remember watching the fancam and cringed at how Tiffany sounded off on her second part. It turned out the fancam I watched was from the same day as when this broadcast recorded (Saitama, April 4th). It's easy to tell the difference between the fancam and broadcast version's audio.


I don't know about others performance, though. But I seriously doubt they lip-synched the whole concert... because what's the point? It's not like they can't sing live at all

Most of the live singing was most likely dubbed. What I've learned from watching fancams in the past is that some songs are lip synced, but certainly not all of them. They definitely sing live.

Yes. Most of the VTR in World Tours are taken from this concert. You can say that the World Tour is like an extension of this Japanese tour.

I love my babies but they can honestly never beat the pure and utter perfection that is their first Japan tour. Most of the choreographies in this tour look either like they haven't been practiced enough or like they just put some random moves together. I expected so much more for TOP and Animal and I wish they took more use of the stage. The intro was fabulous though <3

I have only watched a few songs so far and they look pretty and the songs are awesome but that is about it T_T

Stupid SM shouldn't have given them the IGAB comeback, they could have prepared so much better in January for the tour and then at the end of the tour have a comeback.

Indeed. I think it would have worked much better if they had prepared already in January. If SM kept them in Japan (instead of flying them up and down over and over again) the tour would have been much better, since they would have probably been less tired and worn out. I I don't remember if they trained long for their first tour but besides the fact that the whole concept, outfits, choreography and album were better the whole performance and energy seemed better.

I still think their world tour - even though the dates are pretty far apart so far - is way too soon after their Japan Tour.
