omonatheydid | Fanaccount -- SHINee @ UMF Korea 2013!

So I went to UMF Korea on Saturday only and stayed from the beginning until (almost) the end. It was amaaaaazing. And to top off a great day, SHINee came and performed with BeatBurger on the Live Stage!

My friend and I got to the Live Stage area at like 6PM, so smithagentsmith was still playing. He was really awesome though, so I didn't mind at all. We pushed our way up to like the third row and these foreigners were waving a Korean flag, so we helped them wave it. They also had a cut out of smithagentsmith's head which was kind of hilarious. Anyways, at 6:30, they left and offered their spots to us because they didn't want to see BeatBurger and I could have died. This means we were front row!! Hollaaaa.

BeatBurger was amazing. The rapper is insane, I love it. Literally half the time, we were chanting "Fuck You" or he was pouring something over his head. I'm sure pics of me flipping off cameras will come out soon enough.

Anyways, so SHINee comes out and of course, half of the front rows flips the hell out (including me, haha.) This was the only bad part though: throughout the entire thing, people kept trying to take my spot. Which I mean, was fine, but they were pushing me and trying to get under my arms, which was really weird. Also, all the SHINee fansite people were obviously there, so they had their huge camera boxes like right by my feet, so I couldn't really move. (And they seemed to get mad if I accidentally touched them with my leg.) And right when SHINee came out, EVERYONE pushed forward and I got smushed into the railing of the area. I couldn't breathe for like .2 seconds. It was really painful and I have bruises on my knees, but don't care, saw SHINee.

They performed Lucifer, Dream Girl and Beautiful (아름다워) for like 10 minutes halfway through BeatBurger's set. But it was amazing. They were jumping all over the place and just having a really good time. Key's hair was flopping everywhere, it was magical. You could tell they were really into it and having fun with it themselves. And it's kind of a big deal, because there was thousands of people there, and they were playing at like 7PM which means almost everyone was there already! I think that's what sold it, they were being dumb, dorky and all around fun.

At sometime during Beautiful, Minho pointed at us. And so did Jonghyun during Dream Girl! I think I might have died, I'm typing this from the grave. (To be fair, there were a bunch of cameras around us, but unless one was like right over our heads...) Minho also took a drink of water and then threw the water into the crowd during Beautiful, where it got us and me wet. I'd be more mad if it wasn't SHINee (and I wasn't half drunk tbh.) I didn't see much of Onew, and I don't think I saw any Taemin whatsoever. They were on the other side of the stage mostly the whole time. Key, Jonghyun and Minho were the ones who stayed by our side of the stage. They switched on and off, but Minho was right in front of me most of the time. This video was my vantage point for the stage (just a little more left), and also, you can hear me singing and screaming in that video. Lol embarrassing.

They left and came back for the finale, and all and all it was an amazing experience. UMF Korea 2013 was nuts and I loved every set I saw. I can't wait until I can go again next year!!!
