The army prosecutor stated, "We recently summoned Wheesung twice for illegally administering propofol."
According to the police, Wheesung is currently being investigated for regularly administering propofol at the clinics of dermatologists and psychologists from 2011 to the beginning of 2013.
Wheesung's agency had said, "All the reps of the clinics that Wheesung visited testified that he did not illegally administer propofol, but that he had been administered the drug for its original as an anesthetic... Various clinics and medical professionals have submitted their official opinions about how in the case of Wheesung's procedures, propofol is often used. Even the prosecution has asked us to gather statements like this."
The army prosecutors are planning to summon Wheesung again one or two more times, and they are also investigating his friends and family. Additionally, they will be investigating if he was given special treatment because it was discovered that he was given break time from the army an incredible number of times.

After confirmation that Wheesung had been investigated twice for propofol, a new rumor has risen.
An unidentified woman was recently interviewed by media outlet JTBC and claimed, "I saw him (Wheesung) [administering propofol] multiple times a month. Just in the army, I saw him doing it 5-6 times over a span of 2 weeks. He wanted to keep me silent, so he even hired thugs. I was told that he told them to kill me."
She is not the only one, as a Mr. Choi who gave his witness testimony also claimed similar threats.
As both claims are currently unconfirmed, both fans and non-fans alike are hesitant to believe the claims, and are waiting anxiously for the truth to be revealed.
Wheesung's lawyer also dismissed the rumors and said, "It's not true at all. We've currently prepared proof that he only administered it for treatment purposes. We're shocked that this came out while investigations are still ongoing. Soon, everything will be revealed, and Wheesung will be cleared of his accusations as well."
