In a live Google Hangout chat session on June 10, INFINITE announced their world tour One Great Step in 2013, with a concert teaser and a first round of confirmed dates and locations:

Indonesia
Philippines

All technically confirmed by the fact there were participants from those countries in the G+ hangout and everyone chosen was told the world tour is coming to their country. :) Mexico I think is also supposed to have a date but the two people they picked missed the phone call. ;;;
