Besides the touristy stuff, I loved walking around the University of Washington, it's super pretty.

Also I love the food at The Ram, this brewery/restaurant around Seattle. Also check out the University of Washington, the Ave has tons of great restaurants (I ate at some random Vietnamese place when I was there)

The aquarium's pretty neat.

Just so you know, I've become a huge MyungJong (Myungsoo/Sungjong) stan and something funny happened at my workplace yesterday.

When Sungjong posted a selca with Myungsoo using the latter's phone and Twitter account, I was like O___O HOLY MOTHER OF GOD and jamming on my keyboard like a lunatic. My co-workers were like

"Neil, I need you to do someth--"

And I interrupted them rudely like,

"Stop. I am having a major Kpop moment right now. Can you give me 30 mins? Thanks."

And my co-workers were just staring at me continuously jamming on my keyboard while my eyes were glued on Tweetdeck.

They totally understood my MyungJong feels ♥

My interview flopped and I didn't get the job. It really bummed me out this week because it says a lot that I can't get a minimum waged job even with experience. I applied to 6 more places and my options are winding down quick ;__;

Also the thought of grad school and the track of getting my doctorate and getting a career afterwards is super daunting. I get my BA next fall but do I go to grad school right afterwards? What about interships and getting experience in the field beforehand? Am I gonna make enough money to support myself and be financially stable? Will I even find a job in my field when I'm finally done with school? Anxiety about the future: the life. I definitely see myself as a janitor with a doctorate degree and it's scary.

sooooooooooooooo many bots accounts trying to join omona right now. we got rid of 250 of them and then the queue filled up again with about 200+ more again. didn't take them more than 48 hours. ridiculous.

Hell week

I dumped my final project partner on Tuesday morning after he had not helped me at all with the project, giving a bunch of sob stories, and had the audacity to tell me to drop my project design and work done thus far. So I went off on him in front of the classroom before lecture started and have been working solo since. Probably not dude's best day because the prof also called him out on cheating by copying the hw from someone else.

I managed to finish the program Wednesday night after discussing with TA's and my professor a lot and am trying to finish the 10 page paper on it before midnight and am working on caffeine like a mad man. After this is over I plan to sleep forever, get back on the final study train, and graduate out this bitch.
