it is not talent that keeps her out of projects, as she is a way better actress than lee yeon hee and that sm's original actors rooster, as well other idols in the company.

idk why they keep her in the basement, if only they tried her to happen as half as much they do with lyh.

Relative to the SM roster, she's definitely a better actress. But still not that great imo.

They probably push LYH more because she's korea's type lookwise. I find ara miles prettier tho. Her eyes are amazing.
Wasnt she big during banolim? SM should have rode on with that fame and made her the next big thing.

but she is not bad at all imo, she is not amazing, but she is solid, is improving and has screen charisma, plus she is better than many other actress out there.

see, that is the funny thing, ahra is viewed as prettier than yeon hee in korea (and i agree, both are gorgeous girls, but ahra looks are just amazing), every time netizens rank tne beauties in sm ahara always tops the chart and korea is crazy about her eyes. and even more, netizens seem to prefer ahra over yeonhee as an actress too.

sm's ahara mismanagement pissed me off, becuase she was pretty huge during those days, but they kept tagging her with bad projects and giving her too big hiatus between projects, plus they literally keep fucking her up to promote their other acts, especially their idol actresses.

in 2012 i thought they would finally wake up, as she had two movies that were incredible well received and she was nominated for awards, but nope, they sent her back to the basement.

it is all a shame tbh, because girl could easily be sm's triple treat.
